Terms and Conditions

All bookings require a deposit of £20 per room per night to secure, which must be paid in advance by cheque or credit card. Confirmation of booking is available by email or phone if requested. The balance is due on departure.

Once you have booked your stay, the agreement is a legal contract. Deposit covers cancellation up to 7 nights prior to notification. In the case of less than 48 hours notification, we charge the full cost of the first night’s stay. In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival, then the full cost of the accommodation is applicable.

If the accommodation booked becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, then we would refund all monies paid by you and attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. Our liability is limited to the cost of the refund.

The Netherdale is a totally non–smoking premises and we would ask all guests to respect this request for the comfort of all our guests.
